Description

Have it your way! Use whatever mix-ins you like, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, candy bars (crushed up), marshmallows, nuts, etc.

Ingredients

  • 2-¼ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1-½ stick Butter
  • ¾ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cups White Sugar
  • 1 package Pudding Mix, 3 Ounce Box
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Total Of Any Of The Following: Pecans, Chocolate Chips, Peanut Butter Chips, Butterscotch Chips, Chopped Up Candy Bars, Walnuts, Even Marshmallows

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Stir together flour and baking soda in small bowl and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream butter, brown and white sugar.
4. Beat in pudding mix until well blended.
5. Stir in the eggs and vanilla.
6. When smooth, slowly add in the flour mixture. This can take a little while, but make sure it’s well incorporated into mix.
7. Finally, add in the mixers (I did milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips . . . but I’m boring and I love chocolate).
8. Line cookie trays with baking sheets or parchment paper.
9. Make the dough into balls that are about 1″ size and place onto the trays.
10. Bake for 10 minutes then remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Makes approximately 40 cookies.

**You can use any type of pudding mix, just be sure it is a 3.4 ounce box.
