Slice pound cake into 8 equal slices. Slice each peach into 8 equal slices and discard pits.
Lightly spray one side of the peach slices and cake slices with cooking spray. Put them on a platter to take them out to the grill.
Heat grill on high for 10 minutes and make sure that the grill surface is clean. Lower heat to medium-low and place food on grill, with the sprayed side down. Grill for 5 minutes then spray the tops of everything before turning. Grill the other side for 5 more minutes.
Serve each slice of cake with 1/8th of the fruit and a whipped topping or ice cream.
