Description

A good recipe to use up a bunch of grapes. Sweet and creamy, good for a potluck and super easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Grapes (seedless)
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Pecans, Crushed

Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Mix on high until light and fluffy. Mix in your grapes. Place in a 13×9 pan and top with brown sugar and pecans.

(Serving size and prep time are approximates. I also cut the grapes in half, but you do not need to.)
