Grandma Jeanne’s Cornflake Cookies

Put your cornflakes in a large mixing bowl. Place butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl, cook 45 seconds on high in microwave. Stir, and microwave again at 15 second intervals until melted. Add peanut butter and microwave for another 15-20 seconds. Pour mixture over cornflakes and toss gently until all the cereal is completely coated. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and pile them onto a baking sheet. Place in refrigerator to set quicker. Enjoy!

I like to make bigger cookies, but you can make small bite sized ones as well!
