This monster cookie is a unique way to enjoy dark chocolate, white chocolate, and caramel.
Note: I just chopped the chocolate up with my butcher knife so I could pretend I was Ina Garten.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, vanilla, corn syrup, and baking soda. Combine well, then add oatmeal, combine, then caramel, dark and white chocolate, and toffee bits.
Place healthy-sized drops onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
