Gooey Butter Cookies

Description
A sinfully delicious and super moist cookie. They go Fast!!
Ingredients
- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Softened)
- ½ cups Butter, Softened
- 1 whole Large Eggs
- ½ teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 package Yellow Cake Mix
- ½ cups Confectionary Sugar (more Or Less)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium sized bowl, cream together the cream cheese and the butter.
Stir in the egg and vanilla.
Add the cake mix and stir until well blended.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and then roll them in the confectioners’ sugar. (The dough will be very sticky)
Place 1 inch apart onto a non-greased cookie sheet (I line my pans with a Silpat or parchment paper).
Bake for 10 to 13 minutes in the preheated oven. Larger cookies will take about 15 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool for 2 minutes before placing them on a wire rack.
