Gluten Free Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. A delicious easy treat!
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix until well blended.
By heaping tablespoon or standard sized cookie scoop drop dough onto a cookie sheet, leaving about 2 inches in between each. Use the back of a fork to form a crisscross pattern on each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly brown. Remove cookie sheet from the oven and place on a rack.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack. If cookies are removed too soon they will crumble.
