Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips, well. Use your hands to mix thoroughly. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Melt chocolate chips in microwave at 30 sec intervals. Dip in melted semi-sweet chocolate.
