Description

These one-bowl decadent brownies will have everyone asking for more.

Ingredients

  • 5 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 8 ounces, weight Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ¾ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2  Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅓ cups All-purpose Gluten-free Flour
  • 1 cup Roasted And Unsalted Hazelnuts Chopped
  • Whole Hazelnuts, For Topping (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease and 8×8 pan.

In a large microwave safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate chips in the microwave for approximately 40 seconds. Stir. Let mixture cool for about 5 minutes.  

Add sugar and whisk; mixture will be grainy. Add eggs one at a time and whisk well after each addition. Add vanilla extract, salt and flour. Whisk until well incorporated. Fold in chopped hazelnuts.

Pour mixture into the pan. Top with whole hazelnuts if desired, and bake for 20–25 minutes. Enjoy!
