A very rustic and easy apple tart. The result is a flaky, golden tart that is sweet and delicious. When you bite into it you can still feel a little bit of the crispness from the apples. You can serve with vanilla ice cream or serve by itself.
1. Preheat the oven to 420 degrees F. In the meantime, take the apples, core them and cut into thin slices.
2. Add the lime juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the apples. Mix all together and set aside.
3. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
4. Carefully roll-out the sheet of puff pastry on the baking sheet and cut in half.
5. Arrange the apples in a single line in the middle of the pastry sheet, leaving a 1″ border around all of the edges.
6. Place in the oven for 20- 22 minutes until golden brown.

I would love to try this, where did you find gluten free puff pastry?
