Description

This giant Kiss cookie is a perfect treat for two. Serve it at your next kissable date night!

Ingredients

  • 2-¼ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • ¾ cups Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 whole Large Eggs
  • 1 bag Milk Chocolate Chips, 12 Ounce Bag
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
  • 4 whole Giant Hershey Kisses (1.45 Ounce Size), Unwrapped

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.

3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in the flour mixture. Stir in milk chocolate chips and nuts.

4. Fill four greased individual-size 4″ spring pans (it’s a mini cake spring pan) half way full with the batter. Bake each pan for 20 to 25 minutes. If your cookie starts getting brown in the middle of baking, cover with foil for the rest of the cook time.

5. Remove from oven. Let cool for 3 minutes and then press a giant Hershey’s Kiss into the middle of the cookie.

Recipe makes 4 giant cookies—each cookie will serve 2 people.
