Description

Gooey brownies made into cupcakes. Just try to stop at one!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 3 whole Squares Baker's Chocolate
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

Melt butter and baking squares in a microwave safe bowl. In the mixing bowl, cream melted butter and chocolate mixture. Add in sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add in eggs, beating one at a time. Add flour and cocoa powder and stir just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Fill a muffin tin with muffin liners and fill each liner about 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brownie is set. The top will be a bit crunchy and the insides will be fudgy.

Frost if desired with your favorite frosting.

Omg. These are amazing. I used 60% cocoa chips instead of baking chocolate and i probably could have cut down the sugar, but these are really tasty and easy!

Just made these-fabulous! I decreased the sugar, added a touch of salt and some Raspberry flavoring (the kind used for flavoring coffee). Everyone from my 2 year old to my 40 year old child (husband) loved them!

These brownies were everything I expected them to be. They were chewy and rich and like their name says “fudgy”. They were very good with and without the frosting.

Love it! These were AMAZING! I put the “best frosting I ever ate” on them, and wow! Maybe my new favorite chocolate dessert.

I made these tonight and they were so yummy. I even forgot the choc. chips and they still turned out wonderfully. I was worried I didn’t cream the butter mixture right but I must have becuase they turned out just like the picture. My thighs are not thanking you.

If only I could give these more than 5 mitts!!!! I followed the recipe exactly; I will not make any changes when I make these again (and I will be for sure). I did not frost them though because I thought they were sweet enough, and I was going for more of a true brownie.
This recipe deserve this rating because it is (1) utterly delicious and (2) incredibly easy. First to the taste–my entire family loved them. So chocolate-ly, with a crunchy top, and soft, almost creamy center. My kids all agreed they wanted to eat them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all snacks! Next, the ease–other than using a microwavable bowl to melt the chocolate and butter, this is a one bowl recipe. That, in my book, is the best kind of recipe!
Thanks for sharing!
