Description

These are a cool, refreshing summer treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate (6 Ounces)
  • 1 can Frozen Pink Lemonade Concentrate (6 Ounces)
  • ¾ cups Cold Water
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 1-¼ cup Lemon Lime Soda (I Use 7-Up)
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple In Juice (20 Ounces)
  • 5 whole Medium Bananas, Mashed
  • 1 jar Maraschino Cherries, Drained And Chopped (10 Ounces)

Preparation

Line muffin pans with cupcake papers.

Combine orange juice concentrate, pink lemonade concentrate, water, sugar and lemon lime soda. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Fold in undrained crushed pineapple, mashed bananas and chopped cherries.

Fill cupcake papers with juice mixture and freeze until set.

After frozen, store fruit cups in the freezer in a re-sealable plastic bag.

These would be great if you put a popcicle stick in them and made them into pops. Bet they’d be a hit with kids!
