Description

A beautiful and delightful pie! Best served with lots of whipped cream!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole 9" Pie Shell
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoons Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ packages (4-serving Size, 3 Oz. Box) Strawberry Jello
  • 1 quart Strawberries
  • Cool Whip, For Serving

Preparation

Bake a 9″ pie shell and let cool.

Mix sugar, cornstarch, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan. Cook until thick on medium heat. Add dry jello and stir. Cool.

Arrange sliced strawberries in the shell. Pour jello mixture over them. Chill. Serve with Cool Whip.
