Description

Rich, dense and moist chocolate cake in 3 minutes flat!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Miniature Marshmallows
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 whole Egg White

Preparation

Mix everything together in a large mug. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring at the 30-second mark (helps mix in the marshmallows a bit more). You want it to be a little bit moist in the middle still—that means it’s done but not overdone! Eat!

I was so surprised! This is sooooo good!!!!! The cocoa powder acts as the flour, the peanut butter acts as the fat and the marshmallow and chocolate chips the sugar. I added a whole egg instead of the egg whites which made it more dense and rich and instead of mini marshmallows I plopped a giant marshmallow in the middle and once it had expanded it created almost like a frosting on top…. LOVE IT!

This was very good! Mine didn’t set as much as I expected, even for it being flourless, but the flavor was excellent! It’s a good combination of chocolate and a hint of peanut butter, and the marshmallows give it a good amount of sweetness, without specifically being able to taste them. Thanks for sharing!

Best mug cake I have come across so far. I love that its flourless! In my 1100 watt it only takes a little more than a minute. I love the little pockets of melt chocolate from the chips.
