Description

Sweet tasting and so pretty to look at, with just a hint of crunch. They make for a perfect and easy holiday treat!

Ingredients

  • 1-¼ cup Raisins
  • 4-½ ounces, weight Raw Peanuts
  • 3 ounces, weight Chopped Glazed Cherries
  • 3 cups Crushed Corn Flakes
  • 1 cup Condensed Milk
  • 4-½ ounces, weight Melted Chocolate (dark, Milk Or White - It's Up To You!)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 F and line 2 baking trays with Glad bake paper.

Combine all dry ingredients together, except chocolate.

Add condensed milk a little at a time, to ensure you don’t use too much. You may not need a full cup, just enough for the mixture to stick together.

Place spoon-sized amounts onto trays, with minimal space required for spreading, and cook until golden brown, approximately 12-15 minutes.

Watch closely to avoid over-browning the edges.

Allow to cool on the tray. Once cool, spread melted chocolate over the bottom and devour!
