Description

It takes only 5 minutes to make this delicious dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Figs
  • 3-⅝ ounces, weight Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Homemade Coffee Liqueur
  • Ground Coffee And Coffee Beans, For Garnish

Preparation

Wash figs carefully and cut off the stalks. Cut them in four but not through to the bottom. Place them on a plate.

Cream the yoghurt along with syrup and liqueur. Fill the opened figs with the cream. Sprinkle with ground coffee and garnish with coffee beans.
