Description

Yummy!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Graham Crackers (from A 14 Oz. Box)
  • ½ sticks Butter
  • 1 package Package Your Favorite Brownie Mix, 20 Ounce Box, Plus Ingredients Required As Listed On The Box
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows

Preparation

Preheat the oven as specified on the brownie mix directions.

Crush one package of graham crackers into crumbs (or use pre-made graham cracker crumbs). Melt butter and combine with crumbs. Spread evenly into the bottom of a 9×12 baking pan, and bake for 5 to 8 minutes (at the temperature specified on the brownie mix box).

While crust is baking, prepare brownie mix according to instructions on the box. Remove pan from oven, and spread brownie mix evenly over the crust. Return to the oven and bake for just under the amount of time listed on the box (for example, if it says bake for 24 minutes, bake for only about 20). Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips and marshmallows on top.

Take the remaining package of graham crackers and break into large pieces. Spread large pieces over the top of the marshmallows, and return the pan to the oven for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, until chips and marshmallows start to melt.

Then turn on the broiler, and keep the pan under the broiler for about a minute or two, just until the marshmallows begin to toast or turn golden brown. Be careful not to leave it under the broiler too long, else the graham crackers will burn.
