Description

Easy peanut butter cookies that are gluten free!

Only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ½ cups White Sugar
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Eggs
  • 30 whole Hershey's Kisses, Or 1 Per Cookie

Preparation

1. Put peanut butter, sugars, and eggs into a large mixing bowl.
2. Mix until very smooth (mixture will be a bit “grainy”).
3. Form into 1-inch balls and put them onto a parchment paper lined baking tray, spacing them an inch or so apart.
4. Bake for 10 minutes at 350ºF.
5. While the cookies are baking, unwrap your Hershey’s Kisses and once the cookies are right out of the oven, place the Kisses in the middle of the cookie while still hot.
6. Cool for 5 minutes then transfer to a rack.

Please note, do not use natural or homemade peanut butter.

These did not turn out at all. The dough did not hold together and when i went to put in the kisses in the end they completely fell apart. Not sure what the deal was but i mixed the dough a lot and it never got smooth. Maybe because i used natural peanut butter? I may try this again but add butter to the dough. On the plus side, the crumbs were tasty.
