Description

Best oatmeal cookies around! Tastes great when you trade the raisins for Craisins too.

  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Flour

  • 1-½ cup Raisins

Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.

My Four year old and I made these, absolutely delicious! We made extra big ones and they needed to bake about 15 minutes.

I made these last night and they are really tasty — easy, and not overly sweet. The only thing is, they don’t flatten out in the oven, so if you like a flatter cookie, squoosh ‘em down a little with your spoon. I used butter instead of margarine and added a handful of chocolate chips and chopped walnuts, but these’d be good just as the recipe is written.
