Description

This three ingredient protein crepe recipe is perfect for breakfast, late night snacking, or whenever you need a high protein snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounces, weight Vanilla Protein Powder (either Whey Or Whey/casien/egg White Blend)
  • 3  Egg Whites
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Blend protein powder, egg whites, and vanilla extract together. Heat a nonstick pan to medium heat (if your nonstick pan actually sticks, add some coconut oil as it heats up). Pour half of the batter onto the pan, then pick up the pan to spread the batter around in order to get a thinner crepe.

Once the batter start forming small bubbles on top, flip and cook the other side till golden. Remove and set on a plate, then repeat with the remaining batter.

Once both crepes are fully cooked, fold them in half. To serve, add your desired fillings, such as cottage cheese, berries, cinnamon, nut butter, or whatever you want. Super high protein, low carb, low fat, filling, and satisfies your sweet tooth!

Note: If desired, you can add a dash of ground cinnamon to the batter.
