Super easy, really fast and oh-so delicious! It tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen.
1. Preheat oven to 400 F. In a medium sized bowl combine cream cheese, egg, and vanilla and beat together. Roll out pastry dough on your parchment lined baking sheet and cut each sheet into 6 equal-sized sections.
2. Scoop a little over a tablespoon of cheesecake mixture on top of each piece of pastry. Fold pastry over and press the edges closed with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes. While baking, combine sugar and cinnamon.
3. When they are done remove the pastries from the oven. Brush pastries with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar mixture.
