Description

You will not believe how ridiculously easy this cobbler is!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ⅛ teaspoons Allspice
  • 1 cup Plus One Tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Table Salt
  • 1-½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 cups Fruit (your Choice); Fresh Or Frozen

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Place stick of butter in a 9×13 pan, and put in oven until butter is melted.

In large mixing bowl mix flour, allspice, sugar, salt and baking powder together.

Add milk to dry ingredients; mix until combined.

In another bowl mix fruit and tablespoon sugar together.

Pour batter into pan with melted butter.

Scatter fruit mixture over batter; do not mix.

Bake 1 hour until bubbly and golden on top.
