Description

This is a family favorite! I have made these for years and they don’t last long when they are in the house.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, Softened (2 Sticks)
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • ¾ cups Light Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 package Vanilla Instant Pudding, (small Box)
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2-¼ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 package Chocolate Chip Morsels

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

I use my Kitchen Aid stand mixer and it works great on making this batch up!

Add softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and pudding packet into a large bowl, mix well. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour and baking soda and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.

Put by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake for 9 mins. Cool on wire rack and store in airtight container to keep cookies fresh and from drying out.

Enjoy!

I used this recipe to make cookies for the first time from scratch and these came out delicious! They are super soft and not too sweet which is great, it’s been two days since I made them and they are still super moist and soft. Awesome recipe! :D

These are my go-to chocolate chip cookie recipe!

I’ve made them several times now and the results are always the same. That’s never happened with any other chocolate chip cookie recipe. The texture seems to always be different. NOT THESE!

Made them this year to give to our neighbors for Christmas.

They are our #1 FAVORITE!

I made these with 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 white chocolate morsels. I left out the vanilla. Uh… the dough is amazing! Cookies are good too! I am freezing most of the dough!
There is something to freezing cookie dough… then baking for 15 min. on 325. soft and yummy!

Yummy! I made these this afternoon and since I didn’t have a package of vanilla pudding mix – I used cheesecake pudding mix! OMG – they are fabulous! Love the taste and the consistency!! Also, very easy to mix up and bake. THX!

This is the best recipe for chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever made. Soft and gooey and chewy. My go to recipe. Christmas trays will be full of these gems.

Never used a pudding mix in chocolate chip cookies but now I’m a fan. They’re soft, chewy, and delicious.

These were amazing! soft and chewy and oh so easy! I used banana pudding because it’s what I had in my pantry and they came out great! Still tasted like a traditional chocolate chip cookie with a subtle banana flavor. Very, Very Good recipe I don’t think I’ll ever go back to traditional chocolate chip recipes again!
