These are amazing! I used vanilla flavoured Starbucks VIA and I don’t think it hurt anything. I love dark chocolate and think next time I’ll use the 1c white chocolate chips with 1/4c dark chocolate and 1/4c milk chocolate chips.

I made these last night for a girls night and everyone loved them! We only had white Chocolate Irish cream, but turned out perfect. My friend who normally doesn’t like chocolate cookies loved them!

I thought these were pretty good. They are more like milk chocolate cookies. I was worried about the dough being so soft after mixing it, but chilling it in the fridge made it all work great. mmm!

These cookies are so unbelievably fantastic! Quite frankly some of the best I’ve EVER eaten! I used dark choc chips instead of the milk choc and only chilled the dough for 30 mins before putting them in the oven and they came out soft, chewy, slightly plump…really, perfect. The flavor of the Bailey’s really adds to them. I might even try mint chocolate Bailey’s next time. Make these ASAP!

Awesome cookies! I wanted to try something new & different than other double chocolate cookies, and this was it. I used semi-sweet chocolate chip instead of the milk ones since that was all I had on hand, but I think it was a good swap. Milk chocolate would have made these super sweet. Didn’t last long at all! I had none to take home!

Excellent recipe! I didn’t chill the dough at all (too lazy and time constraint) and they came out very soft and fluffy. The coffee flavor was a little strong, but I used a Stabucks VIA blend that said it was strong on the box, so that’s probably my own fault. All in all a great cookie for a coffee lover.

These were really good! I had trouble waiting to make them. I kept eating the dough. Nom, Nom, Nom! Sent them to a party with my husband, they were a hit!

I made these exactly as directed and they are delicious. Bailey’s in hot chocolate is my favorite treat and these cookies reminded me of that. I will definitely be making them again.

Oh MY Gosh!! These look amazing!! Does the alcohol bake out of the cookies? Wouldn’t want my kid to eat them if it doesn’t…

These are FANTASTIC! Once I saw the recipe I had to make them at once, so I made them last night ! I acutally used Mint and Dark Chocolate chips because that is what I had on hand, turned out wonderful. Not sure these will last very long around my house!

Tinav – I honestly am not sure if it does or not! But you can still taste the flavor of the Bailey’s in the cookies.

Holy Guacamole Batman, these are amazing! I had to force myself to put the dough in the fridge lest I eat it all and not get any of the delicious pillowy goodness that are these cookies.
