Description

This Halloween bark uses white and milk chocolate and is loaded with Halloween-shaped gummy sweets, marshmallows and Autumn coloured sprinkles! No-bake and fun to make, the kids (and adults) will love this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces, weight White Chocolate
  • 3-½ ounces, weight Milk Chocolate
  • ½ cups Selection Of Gummy Sweets
  • 2 Tablespoons Sprinkles, Autumn Coloured
  • 5 whole Oreo Cookies, Crushed
  • ½ cups Marshmallows, I Used Halloween Shaped Ones
  • ½ cups Milk Chocolate Covered Honeycomb Pieces Or Other Chocolate Of Choice

Preparation

Line a large rimmed baking tray with grease-proof paper or a silicone sheet.

Place the white chocolate into a heatproof bowl and either melt over a simmering saucepan of water, or place in the microwave and heat in 30 second increments, stirring well in between additional increments. Set aside.

Place the milk chocolate into another heatproof bowl and heat as above until melted.

Pour the white chocolate onto the lined baking tray and spread with an angled spatula, until you have a large, even rectangle that’s around 5-6mm thick. Spoon the milk chocolate over the white chocolate and use a skewer to swirl together the two chocolates.

Sprinkle sweets, sprinkles, crushed Oreos, marshmallows and honeycomb pieces all over the melted chocolate. Place in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours.

Break into pieces and store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
