Description

A rich chocolate cookie laced with peanut butter and dotted with both chocolate and peanut butter chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¾ cups Butter, Softened
  • ¼ cups Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cups Nutella
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Chips

Preparation

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside. Cream the butter, peanut butter, Nutella and sugar. Beat in the eggs. Blend in the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 13 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to a baker’s rack.
