Description

This is my favorite cookie recipe. If you’re a chocolate lover, this cookie is for you!

Ingredients

  • 2-¼ cups All-purpose Flour
  • ⅓ cups Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • ¾ cups Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips

Preparation

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the flour mixture, beating well. Stir in the chocolate chips.

3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly. Remove cookies from the cookie sheets to wire racks.

4. Pour yourself a BIG glass of milk and enjoy!

Note: if you really want a SUPER-RICH chocolate cookie, use DARK CHOCOLATE chips!
