Prepare each brownie mix according to package directions for chewy brownies in a 9×13 inch pan. Cool and break into large pieces. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy; beat in marshmallow cream. Stir in one container of whipped topping. Set mixture aside.
Stir together milk and white chocolate pudding mix, stirring until thickened. Stir in remaining container of whipped topping.
In a 3 quart trifle bowl, layer the brownie pieces, marshmallow mixture, pudding mixture and then caramel topping in several layers. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.
