Description

I got this recipe from my mother-in-law—they are so soft and chewy! Watch out, you won’t be able to stop with one, or two for that matter!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar (lightly Packed)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1-½ teaspoon Light Corn Syrup
  • ½ cups Butter
  • 1-½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 4-½ cups Oatmeal (quick)
  • 8 ounces, weight Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 8 ounces, weight M&Ms

Preparation

In mixer, combine all ingredients in the order listed. Mix well. Bake at 350ºF for 10–12 minutes. Cool. Makes 20 large cookies, but I always make mine small and it makes many more cookies!

These are the best cookies! I did a double take when I realized the recipe didn’t call for flour. I have gone thru two batches in two weeks.

Here is the link to the blog post I wrote about them:

I love these cookies! They’re easy and I just dump in whatever chips/candy mixture I have on hand.
