Delicious dark chocolate brownies.
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Melt the butter and then add eggs, Splenda, and vanilla. Mix well. In a separate bowl, sift the remaining dry ingredients together. Then stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Mix together until just combined.
Spread the brownie mixture into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated over for 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
