Description

Quick, creamy and delicious peanut butter pie!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip , Thawed
  • 1 whole Baked Pie Shell

Preparation

Cream together the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add the vanilla and mix well. Slowly add the powdered sugar and Cool Whip, making sure you whip the filling until everything is incorporated and fluffy. Smooth into a baked pie shell and garnish with chocolate curls or chocolate syrup.
