Description

Delicious cream cookies. My youngest daughter’s favorite cookie in the world!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cups Soft Butter
  • 3 ounces, weight Soft Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cups Chopped Walnuts

Preparation

Cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar together. Add vanilla and cream the mixture again. Stir in flour and walnuts, just until blended. Shape into balls and flatten.

Bake at 350 degrees for 14-18 minutes. Do not overbake. Remove from oven when cookies start to brown and cool on a cookie rack.

Store in a tightly covered container for up to 2 weeks.

Enjoy!

I’m with your daughter—these are great! Almost like shortbread, but much creamier. So good! This is my new favorite cookie.

These are in the oven right now, and I have to tell you, I could have eaten the entire bowl of dough! Can’t wait to see how these turn out. I added dates because i didn’t have any walnuts. I’ll let ya’ know what I think!
