Description

Delicious icing for carrot cake cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cream Cheese
  • ½ pounds Butter
  • 1-½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pound Icing Sugar

Preparation

1. Cream the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
2. Slowly add the sugar and beat until smooth. Perfectly paired with carrot cake cupcakes. Top your dessert with this icing, and enjoy!
