Description
So very simple and addicting!
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Butter, Softened
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) Yellow Cake Mix
Preparation
Blend together butter, cream cheese, egg, and vanilla until combined. Add 1/3 of the cake mix in at a time until all is incorporated.
Cover the bowl of cookie dough with plastic wrap and chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Place rounded tablespoon-sized cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 350ºF for 10–13 minutes. Let them cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
