Not just for Thanksgiving.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl, add flour, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Gradually blend flour mixture into the creamed mixture until mixed well. Stir in dried cranberries.
Form dough into approximately 1-inch sized balls and place on a cooking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until brown on edges. Remove from oven and allow to cool on a rack.
When cookies are cool, dip into melted chocolate.
Makes about 48 cookies, depending on size.
