Ingredients
- 3 whole Eggs
- 3 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- ½ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour, Plus More For Coating The Pan
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, At Room Temperature, Plus More For Greasing The Pan
Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Grease a round cake pan (8″ diameter) with butter and flour it. Set aside.
Put eggs and sugar into a blender and mix until a cream is formed. Them put the remaining ingredients into the blender and mix for 3 minutes.
Pour the batter into the rounded cake pan and bake for 50 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
