Oh these were excellent! Made them last night for my hunny who had a wild craving for some coffee cake… he ate 3 before bed! These will be a recipe to use and show off at the next potluck! Thanks for sharing Tori!

I made these for Easter Brunch and they were a big hit. My husband loved them. I think next time I’ll make them smaller by not filling the cups up with too much batter. They’re very good warm and super yummy.

These were a huge hit in my office, super moist and tasted great! I made 2 batches and in my 2nd batch I filled each cup a little less than suggested so they didnt bake over the edge and used double the amount of filling/topping and liked that result better.

Just delightful. Delicious and lovely, they were easy enough to make that my young daughters did most of the work. A definite keeper than we’ll enjoy making again many, many times. Thanks for a great “with-coffee” treat!

Excellent! Printed and made the recipe as soon as I saw it yesterday. Didn’t get as far as the icing though… Ate 3 straight from the oven!
