Description
This mousse could either be sweet or savory, depending on how you wish to dress it up. Plus, it is so simple to make.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Egg White
- ¼ cups Maple Syrup
- 1 can (13 1/2 Oz. Size) Unsweetened Coconut Milk
Preparation
In a medium-sized bowl, beat the egg white and maple syrup with a handheld electric mixer until you have soft peaks. Add the coconut milk and beat at low speed just to incorporate it. Chill the mousse before serving to firm it up a little bit.
