Could there be anything better in the world than an almond cookie crust, a layer of cream cheese mixture and topped off with mocha pudding? I must be in the mood for summer with all of the bar recipes I have been thinking up. This is a fantastic recipe to bring to a party! I mean who doesn’t like mocha pudding? This was devoured in our house! Step by step directions with pictures are included on the related blog link.

These sound out of this world! I know what I’m trying this weekend. I can imagine adding chopped almonds to the filling would liken them to an almond joy candy bar. YUM!

So we made these tonight, but we were in such a hurry we used boxed brownies and then found out we were out of sweetened condensed milk so found an online substitution recipe for the milk and they still turned out fantastic! I can’t keep my hands out of the pan!
