Cinnamon and Oatmeal Cookie Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 1-½ cup Half-and-half
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 cups Whipping Cream
- 8 Oatmeal Cookies, Crushed
Preparation Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients except for the cookies and put into an ice cream freezer. Once it has thickened, stir in the crushed cookies.
Put into an airtight container and place in the freezer to harden.
Makes about 2 quarts.
