Description

Super chocolatey brownies with fresh cherries & toasted pecans interspersed within. Bake & eat immediately for instant PMS relief. Or better yet, give recipe to husband or kids to bake for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Cherries
  • 1 bag Ghiradelli 60% Cacao Chocolate Chips
  • 1-½ stick Butter
  • 1-½ cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1-½ cup Flour
  • ¾ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Pit and dice cherries.

Melt 1/2 the bag or so of chocolate in a pan with the butter on low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar and eggs and vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients with the chocolate mixture. Then when mixture is properly, ah, mixed, throw in the chopped pecans, cherries and remaining chocolate chips.

Bake for 35 or so minutes.

These will be a very moist brownie so at some point I believe it’s best to refrigerate them.

Bake & eat immediately for instant PMS relief.
