These teeny-tiny cupcakes are light, airy and almost angelic. You can obviously use any color for the frosting that you’d like; I chose pink. But I won’t tell you what to do. We’re all consenting adults here.

These cupcakes won me a red ribbon at our local county fair. A taste of comfort food in a cupcake.

What a coincidence – I have one can of Guiness sitting in the fridge and have to make cupcakes for a group tomorrow – PERFECT! Thanks!

First off: Holy guacamole, that was a lot of cupcakes! I actually had to split the batter up toward the end just to mix it all together because it was way too much for my Kitchen Aid mixer to fit.
But otherwise, amazing recipe. So moist, even days later as the last few cupcakes disappeared. I tested them out for my blog (http://is.gd/bybf6) and brought them to a huge tea party in Boston where they were prompted devoured by people who raved about how tasty they were.
Didn’t even need the ganache, imo. Plus, super easy and great for kids to make for birthday parties.
Thanks for sharing!
