Description

A simple and delicious no-bake treat that comes together in about 20 minutes from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 10 whole Graham Cracker Sheets, I Used Trader Joe's (4 Small Rectangles/2 Squares Per Sheet)
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, Melted
  • 1 cup Sprinkles, Chopped Nuts, Or Dried Fruit, If Desired
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter (I Used Chunky)

Preparation

Line a baking sheet with a Silpat mat or parchment paper.

Break graham cracker sheets in half so that you have 2 squares.

Dip one side of each graham cracker into the melted chocolate, and lay it on the prepared baking sheet (chocolate side facing up). Or dip it in spinkles or nuts at this point if desired. Now pop the baking sheet in the freezer for 10 minutes or until chocolate is completely hardened.

Once chocolate is set, spread a generous layer of peanut butter onto 10 of the graham cracker halves (put it on the side that isn’t covered in chocolate). Now sandwich the peanut butter with the remaining halves (so that both chocolate sides are facing out).

Spread chocolate over the sides of the sandwich as well, so entire graham is coated in chocolate. Put the sandwiches back into the freezer for another 10-15 minutes until chocolate is completely set.

Remove the tray from the freezer and enjoy! I stored mine in an airtight container in the the freezer until I wanted one, but storing them in the fridge works too!
