Description

Easy cookie recipe that’s a lot like cookie and bark.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ¾ cups Butter, Melted And Cooled
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Semisweet Mini Chocolate Chips
  • ¾ cups Peanut Butter Morsels
  • ¾ cups Chopped Pecan Pieces, Toasted

Preparation

1. Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.

2. Stir together butter, sugars and vanilla in a large bowl. Add flour mixture, stirring until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.

3. Press dough evenly into a lightly greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan, pressing to the edges.

4. Bake at 350F for 16 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp looking. Cool completely in pan. Break into pieces.

I just read the blog post and it should read 1 1/2 cups of flour not 5 1/2! Oops. I’d bet they are delicious.

so sorry — this recipe just did not work for me. I should have know that 3/4 c butter would not moisten 5 1/2 c of flour. Maybe there is an ingredient missing?
