Description

Creamy Nutella and cream cheese with a chocolate cookie crust.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Chocolate Animal Crackers, Crushed
  • ¾ cups Sliced Almonds, Finely Chopped
  • ¼ cups Butter, Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla, Divided
  • 16 ounces, weight Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 13 ounces, weight Nutella
  • 8 ounces, weight Whipped Topping (Cool Whip Or Fresh Whipped Cream)

Preparation

In a medium sized bowl mix animal cracker crumbs, almonds, butter and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla until blended. Press onto the bottom and sides of a 9″ pie plate. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl until combined. Add Nutella and remaining vanilla. Mix well. Stir in whipped topping until fully combined. Spoon into crust.

Refrigerate for 4 hours.
