I know, I know, when you read the ingredient list for this recipe you were thinking, “Really?” But I have to tell you that this is hands down the absolute best recipe for a light simple delicious chocolate dessert that I have ever tried. AND I KNOW CHOCOLATE! This just happens to be a wonderful sugar-free dessert for dieters and diabetics alike. It is so rich you won’t even be able to tell it is so low in sugar.
Put the yogurt in a bowl, stir in the Cool Whip and pour in the package of pudding mix. Stir until it is all completely mixed. Chill in the refrigerator 1 hour and then serve. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in a covered container.

I emailed this recipe straight away to my Mom (diabetic), and am hoping that I can use this for my family as well! It looks good, simple, and a great healthier alternative. THANKS! (cuz we all can use a closer eye on our waist line diabetic or not!)
