Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

Ingredients
- ½ cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
- ½ cups Butter Flavored Crisco
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- ¾ cups Brown Sugar, Packed
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Flour
- ½ cups Cocoa Powder (good Quality)
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 12 ounces, weight Bag Of White Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup Macadamia Nuts, Chopped
Preparation
Heat oven to 375ºF. In a mixer, beat butter, Crisco, sugars, vanilla and salt until creamy. Add eggs, beat well.
Stir in flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Add chips and nuts.
Drop onto a cookie sheet and bake 8–10 minutes. Enjoy with a glass of milk. Or water. Or by itself. Just enjoy. A great substitution would be mint chocolate morsels (instead of white morsels and nuts). It tastes like a chewy girl scout cookie. Or peanut butter morsels are delicious too!
