Description

Soft peanut butter cookies rolled in cinnamon sugar with delicious chocolatey centers.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • ½ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1-¾ cup Flour
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ cups Nutella
  • ½ cups Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter, peanut butter and 1/2 cups of sugar and brown sugar.

Add egg and vanilla and mix on low speed until combined.

In a separate bowl combine salt, baking soda and flour and then slowly add to the large mixing bowl. Continue to mix until just combined.

In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon. Set aside.

In another small bowl, stir nutella and powdered sugar together until completely blended.

Shape the dough mixture into 24 balls, about 1 inch each.

Flatten the dough balls in your hand and place a Nutella mixture ball in the middle. Wrap the dough around the ball and then roll in cinnamon sugar.

Place on baking sheet and bake at 375F for 8 minutes.
