Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9 pan.
In the bowl of your mixer, on medium speed, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and chocolate hazelnut spread.
On low speed, mix in the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips until combined.
Pour the dough into the prepared pan, using a spatula or your hands to spread the dough.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the edges are set. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
